[PTLsim-devel] too many transops

I found the same error running Biobench benchmark. I solved it
changing the definition of MAX_BB_UOPS in ptlhwdef.h to "static const
int MAX_BB_UOPS = 255". Now it is working ok, although maybe it is
completely wrong.
