Sorry - the total physical memory size of the host machine (NOT the domain) 
determines how much page table space PTLsim requires (you are correct).

The reason is that Xen may give the domain a random set of physical pages 
anywhere in the physical address space, and PTLsim must be able to track them 
all, regardless of how sparse they are.
