You'll probably get more help by posting to another list specific to Red Hat 
related Xen issues (by Red Hat, do you mean RHEL or Fedora?).

We might not be able to help with non-PTLsim related issues on ptlsim-devel, 
since there are so many different distributions that all support Xen slightly 
differently. You should try to get Xen up and running correctly on your 
machine before posting here; then we'd be glad to help with the PTLsim parts.
