[PTLsim-devel] new ptlsim compilation error (rev 221)

Hi,
I tried to compile the new PTLsim version, revision 221, and I got the 
error that VCPUOP_set_singleshot_timer is undefined
If you grep the source code, you'll find only one hit, and no definition.
I guess the definition should be in the includes of the newest xen 
version, but there's nothing in the version that can be downloaded from 
the PTLsim website.
