A few days ago, We just made some changes to PTLsim to support a new version 
of Xen and newer kernels that use set_singleshot_timer. I didn't have a 
chance to upload the new hypervisor source code yet, but I'll do this 
tonight.

We also updated the kernel to 2.6.22. It has some new PTLsim extensions that 
let you make checkpoints and control PTLsim by writing 
to /proc/xen/checkpoint and /proc/xen/ptlcall.

I'll put this code up on our web site later today.
