I've applied your patches (to appear in r222):

I slightly modified ptlsim_prefetch_for_smtcore.diff, since I already added 
prefetching code, but I like your idea about having prefetches also trigger a 
TLB fill. This is disabled by default (via #if 0) since it's not done by all 
chips (I think the current Intel chips will stop prefetching if a TLB miss 
occurs), but it's still available if you want that support.
