[PTLsim-devel] kernel hangs

I am attempting to install PTLsim on my Intel Core 2 Duo running Suse 
10.3, but I am running into some problems at the Xen installation 
stage.  After installing the PTLsim version of Xen and the sample 
kernel, when I boot into Xen, the kernel hangs.  The last line printed 
out is "NET: Registered protocol family 2".  I have pinpointed the 
hanging function as wait_for_completion() in synchronize_rcu() in 
rcupdate.c.  If anybody has seen this problem before or has any 
suggestions, I would really appreciate some help.
